Coaching

15th September 2008

We have expanded our coaching services and are offering coaching for any athletes out there who want to improve their performances and become much more time efficient with their training.

As the TRI athletes who have undertaken Ironman this year will vouch for. We have a very time efficient training strategy which is yielding fantastic results. Our athletes have seen improved Ironman performances on reduced training volume. Services We offer 2 levels of coaching.

Monthly Coaching Program   – Head Coach £80 per month / Team Coach £50 per month  This program includes a skype consultation at the start of every month before setting the program, you will then be provided with a 4 week program with weekly email updates.

Consultation Coaching   – Head Coach £160 per month / Team Coach £130 per month   This is the top service that requires a lot of interaction with the client; we are available most evenings via skype for advice and general consultations. The program is based around key sessions and then what we call bread and butter sessions fitted around the working week!!
