From the 2nd week in December through to New year, Pro Athlete and TRI Head Coach Alun Woodward will be in the UK and we will be running Endless Pool Analysis workshops. The sessions will cover:

stroke analysis,

stroke correction techniques

training session advice

Session includes your own copy DVD of swim covering before and after, swim drills. 

The cost of the sessions is:

- 1 to 1 - 50pound per hour

- 2 to 1 - 35 pounds each
