Swim Technique Workshops

Pro Athlete and TRI Head Coach Alun Woodward is currently in the UK and we are running Endless Pool Analysis workshops throughout December. The Endless Pool is located in Ashington, Northumberland, just off the A189. The sessions will cover:

stroke analysis,
stroke correction techniques
training session advice
Session includes your own copy DVD of swim covering before and after, swim drills.
 
The cost of the sessions are:
 
- 1 to 1 - £50 per hour
 
- 2 to 1 - £35 each per hour
